When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Refund & Returns Policy – Champwear

At Champwear, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Your Right to Cancel

• You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund.
• Once you notify us, you then have 14 days to ship the item back.
• This extends beyond the UK legal minimum and is designed to give you extra peace of mind.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in reasonable condition, subject only to normal handling and inspection.
• Items should be returned with original tags or protective packaging where possible.
• Please include your order number inside the parcel to help us process your return quickly.
• Please note a 20% handling fee will be deducted from all refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized garments (including made-to-measure kilts and tailored waistcoats)
• Gift cards & e-vouchers
• Hygiene-sensitive items (such as socks or face masks) once opened

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days (or sooner where possible).
• Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method.
  
• If items are returned in a condition beyond reasonable use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Exchanges

• We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style (subject to stock availability).
• If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked or insured service. Kilts Boutique cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will cover the return shipping cost and you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
